Seats are people who log in. Add-ons unlock extra modules (for example Social or Automation) without changing the rest of your plan.

How do SMS and WhatsApp credits work? expand_more

Campaign credits are purchased separately from the plan. SMS is billed per GSM segment; WhatsApp is billed per send. Unused purchased credits roll forward. Some regions require Sender ID approval before SMS can go out.
